  1. It’s beyond unfair that Euphoria, in spite of its downfall is getting another season (when this season hasn’t even finished mind you!) when we lost Genera+ion and Betty this year, two brilliant shows with vastly better quality and more accurate representation. But I should not be surprised. Cishet white dudes have been getting this boost for the last freaking millennium or whatever.
Thank god for Mrs Maisel. (Still need to make Susie Queer though!)

    • What’s wrong with cishet white dudes? lol

I’ve seen a lot of programs run by them and they’re brilliant – as well as a lot of bad ones. And I’ve seen ones run by people other than cishet white dudes and they’ve been both good and bad.

It’s no good singling out a certain demographic for “bad representation of another group” just to sound cool, because it isn’t always true.

      • I’m starting to wonder if “Lisa” isn’t actually a cishet white dude just here to troll… 🤔

        • Oh I am most certainly a woman. And although I’m white I am definitely not heterosexual. 😏 😌

And I appreciate all shows as long as they are well written and the show runners are not treating the audience like idiots.

  2. v delighted to have texted several friends ‘ireen wüst is setting so many records go gays!’ and gotten back ‘who?’

      • Last summer with both the World Cup and summer Olympics I decided I was going to become a casual viewing sports gay and now I have the Olympic app sending me alerts about event starts. It’s a slope as slippery as a luge track

  3. Awesome news about Euphoria and Danielle Brooks! I loved her in Orange Is The New Black, she and Samira Wiley were my favorite. I’m so glad to see a little renaissance from her with ‘Peacemaker’ and ‘The Colour Purple’.

I don’t know how to feel about ‘Good Trouble’, I’m bored with it, we got a little taste of sapphic Callie in ‘The Fosters’ but haven’t seen any of it in ‘Good Trouble’. Alice is an excellent ‘useless lesbian’ as the trope goes but I feel like I’m ready to move on.

I’m so glad ‘Gotham Knights’ has NOTHING to do with the ‘Arrow’-verse. I think it’s time to put a stake through the heart of that thing, time to move on.

Also regarding The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. #GETSUSIEAGIRLFRIEND
