I think all K pop is just faggy. SHINee is pretty gay. Uhm Jung Hwa is a big fan of rainbow lights and pulsating disco music. 2PM LUV LUV LOVES excessive makeup, every one of their videos looks like a cover girl ad. All in all Kpop is pretty gay, that is probably why I like it so much. Though, this was an awesome video as well. hmm.. i don’t know if it’s right to call it faggy. i think it’s just a style, a shiny style. SMAP isn’t very macho too, and they’re not korean. but i guess in the hierarchy of glittery and glossy pop groups, k pop would rank up top. then j pop, then canto pop, then taiwanese pop, then Cher.
this is the very first korean music video i’ve sat through without wanting to fast forward. in fact i replayed it after voting. i don’t know much about k pop, but i can’t stand the music, it’s too computerized/ synthesized and the dance routines are too flashy. or maybe that’s just Rain and those 8 member boybands- i have friends who love those with a passion.
when Miss October cried in 3:42 i felt very sad. could someone explain the lyrics of the video? i could only make out the words “wedding dress”.
this reminded me of when Shane was a hairdresser to some wedding in The L Word. except she was able to get the bride. and bridesmaids.
