Getting off or switching medication is a very up and down process… it comes in waves and can be very frustrating at times…especially when it affects you physically, mentally and emotionally. My goal is to be completely holistic one day soon and to be able to trust my body and mind. But today I’m feeling beautiful so I’m gonna enjoy this moment :) slow and steady ❤️

Anyone that knows me knows I’m OBSESSED with learning new things, blame it on the Gemini in me 😬😂… So, keeping you guys up to date with my journey, here’s my first ever attempt at bo staff!
