  1. But who will play Abby? There aren’t very many well-known masc-leaning, athletic, charismatic actors out there. I guess technically Gwendolyn Christie or Hannah Waddingham could do it, but I hope it’s some unknown soft-hearted butch’s big break. There are some fans on Glennon and Abby’s instas suggesting ScarJo (seemingly seriously) and I can’t think of worse miscasting except ScarJo in Ghost in the Shell

    • Glennon says in the podcast that they’re thinking of doing a casting call for Abby, because the showrunners want the “There she is!” moment Glennon had when she first saw Abby to come through on the screen.

      Yes, I follow Glennon and Abby’s love story like it’s my damn job. Everyone needs a hobby.

      • am now torn between agreeing with Gwendolyn Christie (which is what I dropped in to suggest!) and this casting-call idea.
