Koty Neelis is a queer writer, editor, and activist based in Austin, Texas. She serves as a Fair Housing Tester for Austin Tenants Council, where she advocates for tenants experiencing discrimination and housing insecurity. Her writing covers mental health, music, culture, and identity. Her work has appeared in Vice, Dazed Magazine, Memoir Mixtapes, and more. She is currently at work on her first book.
