There was this one Boots used to sell, in their special Fresh! range with green recycled/recyclable packaging that cleverly opened out into a special sort of origami plate. It featured smoked tofu with chili jam and rocket, on a kind of wheat-germinated bread situation. I went away from the UK for nine months and I dreamt of it nearly every lunchtime, but then I came back and it had been discontinued, because I think I was the person who loved it most in the whole country and I hadn't been around to buy it. This was two years ago, and thinking about it still makes me sad.
