VIDEO: Real L Word’s Lesbians Share Coming Out Stories and Common Misconceptions

Yesterday Showtime released a video of The Real L Word girls’ coming out stories. This is possibly the entire cast at their most loveable / relatable / “real.”

This video came out last week, and it’s about “misconceptions” people have about lesbians. Scarlett and Vivianne are both in it, so it seems really fancy:

  1. I liked hearing the different ages they all came out, it’s always interesting to hear about when people figured it out.

  2. Oh my god you guys. The part where Kelsey says “I like the way I am” and then smiles? I MELTED. TOO CUTE, CAN’T HELP IT.

Also, who doesn’t love coming out stories? I never get tired of hearing them!

  3. They all seem so cute in this. Kinda makes me sad that the show itself portrays most of the characters in such an unflattering light.

  4. Alyssa and Scarlett! Also, Alyssa’s adorable laugh! Damn this show could have been so much better had it *wanted* to.

  5. I don’t care about the contrived, spliced and diced drama featured on the actual show. THESE are the kinds of stories I’m interested in hearing about.

Also, I’m not even gay, but I would totally do Scarlett in a heartbeat. Just sayin’.

  6. I vote Scarlett gets her own show were one camera follows her around and we just get to watch her interact with people. I’d be hooked.

  7. Scarlett had more camera time in these videos than in the entire second season. That, my friends, is a travesty.
