Some of these are recipes we’ve tried, some of these are recipes we’re looking forward to trying, all of them are fucking delicious. Tell us what you want to put in your piehole or suggest your own recipes, and we’ll talk about which things we made, which things we loved, and which things have changed us irreversibly as people. Last week, we ate our favorite snacks sans gluten / meat or animal by-product / all forms of societal guilt.
Tofu is a way of life for me. I love eating it in everything, trying out new ways of cooking it up, and even the part where you stack all your books on top of a little loaf of it to drain it out. But seriously, I’ve been a tofu fan all my life, even when I ate meat. While it is a great “meat-substitute”, I also like to think of it as its own -cough-SUPERIOR-cough- food. I am so happy to see the lemon and rosemary tofu, since I just tried some a month ago during my college orientation. Also ramen! ALSO KUN PAO TOFU I’ve been needing that for a year.
